Take the Caltech Campus Climate Survey

All active students, faculty, staff, postdocs, and external affiliates are encouraged to participate in a campus climate survey. Part of continuing efforts to improve diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility, the survey will help Caltech more fully understand the experiences of individuals who work and study on campus.

The survey should take 20 to 30 minutes to complete and includes questions on demographics, feelings of comfort and discomfort on campus, and whether individuals feel supported in their work and studies, among other topics.

Responses will remain anonymous. A report of findings will be shared with the Caltech community and will be instrumental in guiding future initiatives.
